Inclusion Criteria
Ability to read and to understand the questionaire
Singniture of the informed consent form
Patients between 18 to 65 years old
Tooth with asymptomatic apical periodontitis confirmed with cold test and radiography
Restorable tooth
Periapical index of 3, 4 or 5
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of a sinus tract
Mandibular second premolar
Retreatment cases
Usage of pain killer during the last 12 hours
Tooth with no occlusal contact
