Pulpal exposure in molar teeth due to inadvertent mechanical pulpal exposure while deep caries removal, of size 1-2mm.
Patientââ?¬•s classified under ASA PS 1 and 2.
Normal response to pulp sensibility tests.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA
Clinical exclusion criteria
1.History of low platelet level, bleeding disorders and intake of anticoagulants, aspirin.
2.Allergy to any of the components in the study.
3.Pregnancy.
4.Spontaneous pain.
5.Tenderness to percussion/palpation.
6.Pathological mobility.
7.Teeth with exposure sites >2mm2.
8.Teeth with prolonged bleeding > 10mins.
Radiological exclusion criteria
1.Periapical and/or furcal radiolucency.
2.Internal or external root resorption.
3.Teeth with signs of pulpal calcification.
4.Signs of root fracture.
