1. Adult patients (age 18 years or older) undergoing intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) or sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED) in ICU
2. Admitted in medical and surgical ICUs (ICU 3IC, 4IT, 8IK, 9IC) in Ramathibodi hospital
3. Written consent form
1.History of severe peripheral artery disease
2.Peripheral neuropathy
3.Previous revascularization in lower extremities
4.Lower extremity amputation
5.Abnormal skin or soft tissue on lower extremities
6.Deep vein thrombosis
7.Pregnancy
8.Presence of intravenous or intraarterial line at lower extremities
9.Patients requiring norepinephrine 0.2 mcg per kg per minute or higher
10.Patients increasing doses of norepinephrine within 24 hours before enrollment
