入选标准
- •1. Adult patients (age 18 years or older) undergoing intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) or sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED) in ICU
- •2. Admitted in medical and surgical ICUs (ICU 3IC, 4IT, 8IK, 9IC) in Ramathibodi hospital
- •3. Written consent form
排除标准
- •1.History of severe peripheral artery disease
- •2.Peripheral neuropathy
- •3.Previous revascularization in lower extremities
- •4.Lower extremity amputation
- •5.Abnormal skin or soft tissue on lower extremities
- •6.Deep vein thrombosis
- •7.Pregnancy
- •8.Presence of intravenous or intraarterial line at lower extremities
- •9.Patients requiring norepinephrine 0.2 mcg per kg per minute or higher
- •10.Patients increasing doses of norepinephrine within 24 hours before enrollment
