- •Recent Radial Intervention
- •No Radial Pulse on both Radial access sites
- •Peripheral artery disease
- •Complex PCI requiring more than 7 french sheath
- •Hemodynamically Unstable
- •Patients having radial AV fistula for hemodialysis
- •Previous CABG using radial artery or IMA
