- •a. Age = 20 years
- •b. ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
- •c. Palpable unilateral distal radial and radial artery
- •d. Qualified operator who had experienced = 100 cases of distal radial artery puncture
排除标准
- •a. Cardiogenic shock
- •b. Thrombolysis before primary percutaneous coronary intervention
- •c. Inability to obtain written informed consent
- •d. Patient with ipsilateral arteriovenous fistula
- •e. Participation in another ongoing clinical trial
- •f. Pregnancy
- •g. Expected lifespan <12 months
