Inclusion Criteria
a. Age = 20 years
b. ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
c. Palpable unilateral distal radial and radial artery
d. Qualified operator who had experienced = 100 cases of distal radial artery puncture
Exclusion Criteria
a. Cardiogenic shock
b. Thrombolysis before primary percutaneous coronary intervention
c. Inability to obtain written informed consent
d. Patient with ipsilateral arteriovenous fistula
e. Participation in another ongoing clinical trial
f. Pregnancy
g. Expected lifespan <12 months
