Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adhesive capdulitis
  • •Shoulder pain more than 3 months with numeric rating scale more than 3 points

Exclusion Criteria

  • •On antiplatelet drugs or thrombolytic drugs
  • •Stroke with hemiparaplegia/hemiparalysis
  • •Cognitive function impairment
  • •Psychiatric condition
  • •Cancer patients
  • •Cervical spine abnormality
  • •History of lidocaine allergy
  • •History of accident at shoulder during 4 weeks before intervention
