Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adhesive capdulitis
- •Shoulder pain more than 3 months with numeric rating scale more than 3 points
Exclusion Criteria
- •On antiplatelet drugs or thrombolytic drugs
- •Stroke with hemiparaplegia/hemiparalysis
- •Cognitive function impairment
- •Psychiatric condition
- •Cancer patients
- •Cervical spine abnormality
- •History of lidocaine allergy
- •History of accident at shoulder during 4 weeks before intervention
