Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients 18 to 60 years with CRPS following brachial plexus Injury
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \< 18 yrs and \>60yrs
- •2\.Patients in whom diagnostic block does not cause a decrease in NRS by more than 50%
- •3\.ASA III and more
- •4\.Patients who are candidate for surgical repair is planned in the future or recently undergone surgery ( \<3 months post\-surgery)
- •5\.Patients with bleeding disorders or infection at the site of intervention
- •6\.Pregnant and lactating patients
