入选标准
- •Adult patients 18 to 60 years with CRPS following brachial plexus Injury
排除标准
- •1.Age < 18 yrs and >60yrs
- •2.Patients in whom diagnostic block does not cause a decrease in NRS by more than 50%
- •3.ASA III and more
- •4.Patients who are candidate for surgical repair is planned in the future or recently undergone surgery ( <3 months post-surgery)
- •5.Patients with bleeding disorders or infection at the site of intervention
- •6.Pregnant and lactating patients
