Inclusion Criteria
Informed consent to participate in the study
Elderly men and women 60 years and older
Having a doctor's permission to walk
Obtaining a score of 8 and above on the AMT cognitive scale
A score of 5 to 14 in the PHQ-9 depression scale (mild to moderate depression)
Exclusion Criteria
Suffering from severe vision and hearing disorders
History of falling in the last year
Use of assistance when walking
Obtaining a score of 25 and above according to Morse's risk of falling
