Inclusion Criteria
Informed consent to participate in the study
Elderly men and women 60 years and older
Having a doctor's permission to walk
Obtaining a score of 8 and above on the AMT cognitive scale
Not suffering from cognitive disorders such as delirium and dementia
Obtaining a score of 5 or higher on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)
Exclusion Criteria
Suffering from severe vision and hearing disorders
History of falling in the last year
Use of assistance when walking

Name Time Method Sleep quality score using sleep quality measurement scale (PSQI). Timepoint: Baseline data, after 4 weeks. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI).
