Inclusion Criteria
Patients, regardless of diagnosis, who used topical anti-infective medications, preservative-free and multiple-use eye drops only, prepared by Rajavithi Hospital. The hospital-made preservative-free eye drops included: antibiotics Amikacin 50mg/ml, Ceftazidime 50mg/ml, Cefazolin 50mg/ml, Vancomycin 50mg/ml; antifungals Amphoterincin B 1.7mg/ml, Natamycin 50mg/ml, Voriconazole 10mg/ml.
Exclusion Criteria
Bottles used for fewer than 2 days or which had passed their expiry date were excluded
