入选标准
- •(1) Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma of the rectum located < 15 cm above the anal verge
- •(2) Patients with primary rectal cancer, who are eligible for laparoscopic low anterior resection with curative excision
- •(3) Clinical stage I-III
排除标准
- •(1) Very low rectal cancer requiring intersphincteric resection or abdominoperineal resection
- •(2) Proven arteriosclerosis of the IMA and its branches
- •(3) Clinically suspected lymph node metastasis around the origin of the IMA from the aorta on preoperative imaging
- •(4) Familial adenomatous polyposis
- •(5) Inflammatory bowel disease
