Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who meet the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and are confirmed by CT or MRI;
- •2\. NIHSS score: 4\-15 (including 4 and 15 points);
- •3\. Patients aged between 35 and 75 years;
- •4\. Onset time within 7 days;
- •5\. Patients with stable vital signs, clear consciousness and no serious complications;
- •6\. Patients with first onset or previous history of stroke without limb paralysis and other sequelae;
- •7\. Good compliance with this study;
- •8\. Patients or family members sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.In the TOAST classification, patients with cerebral infarction caused by other causes other than atherosclerosis;
- •2\. Patients with progressive cerebral infarction or recurrent recurrent cerebral infarction;
- •3\. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and respiratory diseases;
- •4\. Hemorrhagic disease;
- •5\. Pregnant and lactating patients;
- •6\.Patients who received thrombolytic therapy or mechanical thrombectomy in this hospital;
- •7\. Patients with hearing and other dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the assessment;
- •8\. Participated in other clinical trials within the last 90 days.
