INCLUSION CRITERIA
1.Women with age more than or equal to 35 years Or
2.women with AMH value less than 1.1 ng/ml or AFC less than 5 to 7
Whose serum testosterone less than 0.2 ng/ml
EXCLUSION CRITERIA
Women with PCOS.
Women with serum Testosterone �0.2 ng/ml
women with BMI more than 30kg/mt2
Women with Congenital and untreated or acquired uterine abnormality.
Women with Untreated hydrosalpinx.
Women with Thrombophilia.
Women with uncontrolled endocrine and heamatological dysfunction.
PGTA embryos
Those planning embryo transfer as per endometrial receptivity ERA
Thin endometrium less than 8mm in index cycle.
severe male factor infertility.
Difficult embryo transfer.
Cases where only poor quality embryos are available.
Couple with genetic and chromosomal abnormality
