1.Subjects aged between 31 to 60years ,irrespective of gender,caste,occupation and socio-economic status.
2.Subjects with signs and symptoms of Nidranasha.
3.Subjects with signs and symptoms of insomnia as diagnosed by the Diagnostic and Stastical Manual of Mental Disorders.
4. Subjects able to give informed written consent for the study.
1.Pregnant woman and lactating mothers.
2.Subjects under medication for sleep disorders.
3.Subjects under regular medication for any systemic illness.
4. Subjects with past or present seizure disorder,psychiatric disturbances and severe cognitive impairement.
