? Patients with mild cognitive impairment and cognitive decline in the stage of dementia who are satisfied with DSM-5 criteria visiting the neurology outpatient clinic at Kangwon National University Hospital
1) men and women over 60 years of age
2) After listening to the detailed explanation and fully understanding of this study, the subject or legal representative voluntarily decides to participate in the study and agrees in writing
? Criteria for selecting patients with cognitive decline in the stage of dementia and mild cognitive impairment
1) Patients who are satisfied with DSM-5 criteria and diagnosed with cognitive decline by clinician's judgment
2) Patients with a K-MMSE score of 26 or less and a CDR of 0.5-2
3) Patients with brain MRI/CT data within the last 12 months
4) Patients who agree to participate in the study and access to medical data in writing
1) Patients who are unable to make scheduled visits during the study period
2) Patients with severe aphasia, severe hearing or vision impairment that is unable to perform the examination performed at the time of visit
3) Patients participating in other clinical studies
4) Patients with other medical conditions that may affect cognitive function, and structural disorders of the brain
