a. Patients that older than 65 years;<br>b. Clear diagnosis of moderate and severe aortic stenosis.
a) Have implanted artificial heart valve, artificial ring, and severe mitral calcification;<br>b) Acute coronary event occurred within 1 month, requiring revascularization but left untreated;<br>c) Hemodynamic instability, requiring cardiotonic drug support or mechanical cardiac assistance;<br>d) With infective endocarditis or other active infection;<br>e) Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, with or without obstruction;<br>f) Echocardiography showed intracardiac thrombus or neoplasm;<br>g) Had any therapeutic or traumatic heart surgery within 30 days;<br>h) Active peptic ulceration or upper gastrointestinal bleeding within 3 months;<br>i) Cerebrovascular events within 6 months;<br>j) With an estimated life span of <12 months.
