Name Time Method Main questions<br>- How do drug-drug interactions change in a geriatric patient collective living in senior and care facilities, which are often characterized by multimorbidity and polypharmacy, after notification to the responsible doctor by the pharmacy in terms of occurrence and frequency?<br>- How is it - with the same group of patients - in comparison with drug diagnosis contraindications?<br><br>The target parameters of this study are the drug-drug interactions, the drug diagnosis contraindications and the resulting individual drug therapy safety for the patient.
