Inclusion Criteria
Newborns babies after 48 to 72 hours of life who are attending Shalabham unit of Sree Avittom Thirunal Hospital Thiruvananthapuram for newborn screening.
Exclusion Criteria
•Newborn, whose mothers those who are not willing to give consent.
•Preterm newborns less than 36 week
