Inclusion Criteria
1.Type 2 diabetics >= 18 years of age
2.On single or combination oral hypoglycaemics, with or without insulin therapy
3.Access to mobile phones with internet connectivity and WhatsApp (self or family member)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who are severely ill
2.Not functionally literate in English or Kannada (self or family member)
