(1) either gender aged 18-75 years;
(2) was hospitalized for schizophrenia as the principal diagnosis according to the International Classification of Diseases (10th version) (ICD-10);
(3) had olanzapine- or risperidone-containing treatment combined with or without ACP or/and ECT during their stay in the hospital;
(4) had complete medical record and full clinical assessment.
(1) other non-pharmacological treatment in addition to ACP and ECT during hospitalization;
(2) had ACP treatment for one week or more at admission to hospital;
(3) a history of brain tumors or intracranial space-occupying lesions;
(4) a history of alcohol or substance abuse within the previous one year;
(5) an investigational treatment within the previous one year.
