radiological detection of L4-L5 or L5-S1 segment spondylolisthesis grade one
suffering from back pain with or without leg pain that lasts more than three months
Psychological diseases with doctor diagnosis
history of spine surgery
history of exercise therapy for lower back in the last three months
pregnancy
systemic inflammatory diseases
nervous system diseases
lack of cooperation, lack of motivation and dissatisfaction
orthopedic disorders of the lower extremities and spine
professional athletes
Body mass index higher than 35 and lower than 18
