Inclusion Criteria

Patients with clinical features of non-specific neck pain such as pain .

Patients must be literate in english, yoruba or both languages.

Patients who are not involved in any other form of exercise training during the course of the study

Exclusion Criteria

patients with obvious spinal deformity or neurological disease will be excluded from the study
