- •Male medium paced cricket bowlers who are playing for registered clubs
- •Aged between 18 – 35 years
- •Participants who are willing to participate
排除标准
- •Any musculoskeletal injuries past 6 months.
- •Any other condition/infection which can prevent the bowlers from participating in the study
