Inclusion Criteria
- •HEALTHY MALE AND FEMALE CRICKET BOWLERS OF AGE GROUP BETWEEN 18\-30 YEARS AND WHO ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ANY UPPER LIMB FRACTURE PAST 6 MONTHS
- •ANY MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES PAST 6 MONTHS.
- •DIAGNOSED CASE OF UPPER / LOWER LIMB INJURIES
