- •ANY UPPER LIMB FRACTURE PAST 6 MONTHS
- •ANY MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES PAST 6 MONTHS.
- •DIAGNOSED CASE OF UPPER / LOWER LIMB INJURIES
