2. (TIMP-2) * (IGBP7)-urine concentration>=0,3
3. Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with pre-existing kidney disease not requiring RRT (GFT < 30mL/min)
2. patients with pre-existing RRT
3. patients with a (glomerulo)nephritis, interstitial nephritis or vasculitis
4. pregnancy
5. patients after kidney transplantation
