Inclusion Criteria
- •-18-40 years old patient
- •-Confirmed endometrioma from pelvic ultrasound
- •-Endometrioma sized more than 3 cms.
- •-Unilateral
- •- Accepted laparoscopic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •- previous adnexal surgery, except tubal ligation
- •- previous hormonal used within 3 months
- •- The complete resolution of ovarian cyst after GnRH agonist treatment
- •- Can't be measure AMH level
- •- Suspected or doubtful in malignancy
- •- GnRH agonist allergy
- •- Previous severe side effect from GnRH agonist used
