入选标准
- •All Adult Patient referred for MDCT Urography for any indication by treating clinician.
排除标准
- •1. Any contraindications for CECT
- •Pregnant female
- •S. creatinine greater than 1.5 mg/dl or eGFR less than 45ml/min
- •History of documented contrast allergy
- •Patient at high risk of developing contrast induced nephropathy.
- •2. Patients with Complete / high grade obstruction of urinary tract
- •3. Any contraindication of furosemide
- •Patient having anuria
- •History of hypersensitivity of furosemide
- •Patients having Dehydration
