Inclusion Criteria

All Adult Patient referred for MDCT Urography for any indication by treating clinician.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Any contraindications for CECT

• Pregnant female

• S. creatinine greater than 1.5 mg/dl or eGFR less than 45ml/min

• History of documented contrast allergy

• Patient at high risk of developing contrast induced nephropathy.

2. Patients with Complete / high grade obstruction of urinary tract

3. Any contraindication of furosemide

• Patient having anuria

• History of hypersensitivity of furosemide

• Patients having Dehydration
