Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients consenting to the study who are undergoing VATS surgery.
2. Adult patients between 18 and 60 years of age, of either sex.
3. ASA I & II patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients not consenting to the study.
2. Patient with Restrictive Lung Disease.
3. ASA III and IV patients.
4. Cases converting VATS to open procedure.
5. Breath holding test less then 25 Second
6. Patient with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
