入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1. Thai postmenopausal women age > 50 years
- •2. Body mass index ≥ 25 kg/m2
- •3. Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D < 30 ng/ml
- •4. Ambulatory and community-dwelling setting
- •5. Women who are willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1. Women who used vitamin D contained medicine within 12 weeks
- •2.Women with history of malignancy
- •3.Women with history of liver disease or having abnormal liver function test
- •4.Women with history of renal disease or having abnormal renal function test
- •5.Women with history of hyperparathyroidism disorder
- •6.Women with history of malabsorption or bowel surgery
- •7.Women with history of diabetes mellitus
