- •Physical readiness to participate in planned resistance training
排除标准
- •Coronary heart disease;
- •Severe pulmonary (> 55 mmHg) or systemic arterial hypertension (> 160/95 mmHg);
- •Acute disease or infection;
- •Musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., severe osteoarthritis of the knee);
- •Blood clotting disorders or taking of anticoagulant medicines or platelet aggregation inhibitors;
- •Malnutrition (Mini Nutritional Assessment);
- •Any contraindication for MRI;
- •Hormone replacement therapy;
- •Regular strength training within 6 months prior to inclusion;
- •Moderate to severe peripheral artery disease;
- •Severe varicosis
