Inclusion Criteria
1) asylum seeker with a maximal duration of stay in Germany of 36 months
2) 5 or more points in the General Health Questionnaire 28 GHQ-28
3) aged above 18 years
4) providing informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1) concurrent psychotherapy
2) acute manic or psychotic symptoms
3) acute suicidality

Name Time Method Assessment: Increase in knowledge about symptoms of mental disorders, mental health care offered in Germany, and individual resilience and coping strategies <br>Inventory: Updated version of a questionnaire developed by our workgroup. It consists of three items on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 0 (know nothing) to 4 (know very much) (Demir et al., 2016).<br>Assessment Points: before the intervention (pre), after the end of the intervention (post), 2 months post intervention (FU1), 6 months post intervention (FU2)<br><br>Ref.: Demir, S., Reich, H., & Mewes, R.
