Inclusion Criteria
1. 18 to 50 years
2. Sign the informed consent form
3. Sutpatient with sore throat with the 7 clinical signs : Throat pain in the oropharynx
Fever, Oropharyngeal redness, Oropharyngeal exudate, Tonsil hypertrophy, Lymphoid formation on posterior pharyngeal wall, Cervical lymphadenopathy
Exclusion Criteria
1. Having ongoing conventional treatment for angina
2. Having a known allergy to one of the constituents of the investigational product
3. Pregnant women
4. People with respiratory problems
