Brief Summary
Healthy individuals will be tested at different times of day to determine whether exercise at a non-expected time results in poorer performance.

- Ages
- 18 Years to 25 Years (Adult)
- Sex
- All
- Accepts Healthy Volunteers
- Yes
Inclusion Criteria
- •18-25 years old
- •Lower body exercise three or more times per week, all at the same time of day (within 2 hour window)
- •Regular meal times (±1 hour window)
- •Regular sleep times (±1 hour window)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Active or uncontrolled mental or physical health issues
- •Current musculoskeletal injury
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Isometric quadriceps strength
Time Frame: 15 minutes
isometric quadriceps strength as determined during dynamometer testing
Secondary Outcomes
- Isometric hamstring strength(15 minutes)
- Isokinetic hamstring/quad strength(15 minutes)
