Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA not more than 3, 2. apfel score at least 2, 3. schedule for laparoscopic cholecystectomy or gynecological surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. allergic to study related agents, 2.sever cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, 3. history of vertigo or gastroesophageal reflux, 4. pregnancy, 5. recent history of steroid used
