Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • American Society of Anesthesilogists status I andII
  • Informed and written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • I.Patients with cardiovascular disease
  • II.Patients with blood sugar \> 160 mg/dL in the morning of surgery
  • III.Patients with BMI \>\= 30 kg/m2
  • IV.Presence of Diabetes Mellitus
  • V.Patients with preoperative predicted Apfel score of \>\= 3
  • VI.Patients with Gastro Oesophageal Reflex Disorder and disorder.
  • VII.Patient receiving antiemetic and steroid in last 48 hour
  • vii. Pregnant females
  • viii Increased intracranial pressure
  • ix.Vestibular dysfunction like Meneireâ??s disease
