Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anesthesilogists status I andII
  • •Informed and written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •I.Patients with cardiovascular disease
  • •II.Patients with blood sugar \> 160 mg/dL in the morning of surgery
  • •III.Patients with BMI \>\= 30 kg/m2
  • •IV.Presence of Diabetes Mellitus
  • •V.Patients with preoperative predicted Apfel score of \>\= 3
  • •VI.Patients with Gastro Oesophageal Reflex Disorder and disorder.
  • •VII.Patient receiving antiemetic and steroid in last 48 hour
  • •vii. Pregnant females
  • •viii Increased intracranial pressure
  • •ix.Vestibular dysfunction like Meneireâ??s disease
