Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesilogists status I andII
- •Informed and written consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •I.Patients with cardiovascular disease
- •II.Patients with blood sugar \> 160 mg/dL in the morning of surgery
- •III.Patients with BMI \>\= 30 kg/m2
- •IV.Presence of Diabetes Mellitus
- •V.Patients with preoperative predicted Apfel score of \>\= 3
- •VI.Patients with Gastro Oesophageal Reflex Disorder and disorder.
- •VII.Patient receiving antiemetic and steroid in last 48 hour
- •vii. Pregnant females
- •viii Increased intracranial pressure
- •ix.Vestibular dysfunction like Meneireâ??s disease
