Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age more than 18 years
- •2\.Women with preeclampsia undergoing either elective or emergency caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Preeclamptic women on restrictive fluid strategies such as those with pulmonary edema or cardiac failure (NYHA III and IV)
- •2\.Pre\-existing kidney disease
- •3\.AKI as per KDIGO guidelines
- •4\.HELLP syndrome
