Informed and written consent to participate in the study
I.Patients with cardiovascular disease
II.Patients with blood sugar > 160 mg/dL in the morning of surgery
III.Patients with BMI >= 30 kg/m2
IV.Presence of Diabetes Mellitus
V.Patients with preoperative predicted Apfel score of >= 3
VI.Patients with Gastro Oesophageal Reflex Disorder and disorder.
VII.Patient receiving antiemetic and steroid in last 48 hour
vii. Pregnant females
viii Increased intracranial pressure
ix.Vestibular dysfunction like Meneireâ??s disease
x.Cancer patient on chemotherapy and opioid
xi.Intraopertive requirement of fluid resuscitation, vasopressor/ionotrope, blood component therapy
xii.Patients in whom the procedure is converted to open surgical technique
xiii.Surgery duration > 2 hours
