Patients with unilateral or bilateral lymphedema of the lower limbs due to secondary causes; Over 18 years of age; Agreement in participating in the study; Mowlem I and II or according to the International Society of Lymphology stage
I and II
Patients with uncontrolled renal, cardiac or pulmonary disorders; Uncontrolled hypertensive patients; Patients with polyneuropathies; Pregnant women, and infants; Patient with active infection and open wounds; Patients who abandon treatment, and or attendance below 70%; Patients with primary lymphedema; Patients who have received previous treatment at least 3 months ago

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess whether photobiomodulation when combined with complex decongestive physical therapy improves the outcome of treatment for secondary lower limb lymphedema after four weeks. The results will be evaluated using the Lymph-ICF-LL questionnaire, direct and indirect volumetry.
