入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Mandibular second premolar or first molar extraction cases.
- •2) Missing mandibular second premolar with/without retained deciduous second molars.
- •3) Carious second premolar or first molar with poor prognosis.
- •4) No signs of spontaneous mesial posterior tooth movement due to exfoliation of the deciduous second molar on the agenesis site.
- •5) Treatment plan should include mandibular molar mesialization of 4mm or more.
- •6) No tooth size arch length discrepancy.
- •7) Good oral hygiene
排除标准
- •1) Missing or extracted mandibular second molars.
- •2) Grossly decayed mandibular second molars.
- •3) Patients who had received prosthetic treatment for the missing teeth.
- •4) Previous orthodontic treatment
- •5) Moderate or severe periodontitis.
- •6) Patients with systemic diseases, cleft lip and palate
