Overweight (BMI 25-32), non-smoker, nil significant health conditions (or regular medications relevant to weight/cholesterol/diabetes), English speaking.
Exclusion Criteria
Menopausal women under 45; diagnosed diabetes, renal impairment or digestive disorder; individuals with food allergies.
