Inclusion Criteria

Patients older than 20 years with Lynch syndrome with a mutation identified or meeting Amsterdam criteria will be included in the study with colonic colonoscopy of the screening colonoscopy; participants who agree to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion Criteria

Presence of inflammatory bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease); history of organ transplantation or co-administration of immunosuppressive drugs.

Primary Outcome Measures

It is expected to find a reduction in the onset of metachronic polyps within one year, verified by colonoscopy or rectosigmoidoscopy, with a 50% decrease after intervention.<br>
Secondary Outcome Measures

It is expected to characterize as reliably as possible the relationship between the intake of green tea extract and the appearance of metachronic polyps with nutritional status, using body mass index and waist circumference in pre and post-intervention measurements.<br>;It is expected to characterize as reliably as possible the relationship between the eating habits of the patients in question and the appearance of metachronic polyps, using a validated food frequency questionnaire in pre and post-intervention measurements.<br>
