1. Both men and women between 35-65 years who are diagnosed with COPD by physician.
2. Patients with mild to moderate COPD according to the GOLD criteria, 2023.GOLD 1: Mild FEV1 >= 80% predicted, GOLD 2: Moderate 50% <= FEV1 < 80%, will be taken into the study.
1. Unstable vital signs
2. Dyspnea score â?? 4-5
3. Who have undergone recent Cardiothoracic or abdominal surgery
4. A recent history of chest wall or abdominal trauma
5. Any musculoskeletal disorder
6. Any cardiovascular problems
7. History of psychiatric illness
8. Patients with severe to very severe COPD according to the GOLD criteria, 2023.GOLD 3: severe 30% <= FEV1 <50% predicted, GOLD 4: very severe (FEV1 <30% predicted, will be excluded from the study.
