Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- Diagnosed as spastic CP by doctors from their medical history
  • •\- Age between 8 and 18 years
  • •\- Gross Motor Function Classification System Expanded and Revised (GMFCS\-E\&R) level I\-V
  • •\- Willingness to participate in the study
  • •\- Ability to follow the study commands
  • •\- Able to sit or stand until finishing spirometer testing protocol
  • •\- Able to read and understand the informed consent document

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Acute or current respiratory infection
  • •\- Any clinically significant cardiovascular, neurological, renal, endocrine, gastrointestinal, hepatic or haematological abnormalities which are uncontrolled with standard treatment
  • •\- Underlying conditions such as blindness or deafness and mental retardation
