入选标准
- •- Diagnosed as spastic CP by doctors from their medical history
- •- Age between 8 and 18 years
- •- Gross Motor Function Classification System Expanded and Revised (GMFCS-E&R) level I-V
- •- Willingness to participate in the study
- •- Ability to follow the study commands
- •- Able to sit or stand until finishing spirometer testing protocol
- •- Able to read and understand the informed consent document
排除标准
- •Acute or current respiratory infection
- •- Any clinically significant cardiovascular, neurological, renal, endocrine, gastrointestinal, hepatic or haematological abnormalities which are uncontrolled with standard treatment
- •- Underlying conditions such as blindness or deafness and mental retardation
