Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \- Diagnosed as spastic CP by doctors from their medical history
  • \- Age between 8 and 18 years
  • \- Gross Motor Function Classification System Expanded and Revised (GMFCS\-E\&R) level I\-V
  • \- Willingness to participate in the study
  • \- Ability to follow the study commands
  • \- Able to sit or stand until finishing spirometer testing protocol
  • \- Able to read and understand the informed consent document

Exclusion Criteria

  • Acute or current respiratory infection
  • \- Any clinically significant cardiovascular, neurological, renal, endocrine, gastrointestinal, hepatic or haematological abnormalities which are uncontrolled with standard treatment
  • \- Underlying conditions such as blindness or deafness and mental retardation
