- •1. Elective CABG, Aortic and Mitral valve surgeries with median sternotomy and two-lung ventilation.
- •2. Adult patients (age 18 years or older)
- •3. Ability to provide informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Non-elective cardiac surgery
- •2. Patientâ??s refusal
- •3. Pregnancy
- •4. Thoracotomy approach, with one-lung ventilation
- •5. Previous pulmonary resection
- •6. Patients with acute kidney injury requiring dialysis
- •7. Patients with chronic kidney insufficiency (stage III or greater)
- •8. Patients already intubated before arrival in operating Théâtre.
