入选标准
- •Patients met the indications for tracheotomy. The operation was successful, with the indwelling time of tracheal cannula no less than 3 days. Vital signs including body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and respiration were generally stable, with no risk of acute deterioration.
- •Clinical evaluation confirmed the sputum viscosity was Grade I to III. All patients had difficulty in spontaneous expectoration and required long-term clinical assisted sputum removal.
- •The patients were conscious or in stable somnolent state, without frequent restlessness or epileptic seizures, and could tolerate acupuncture treatment.
- •All participants voluntarily joined this study with consent from their family members. They completed the whole course of treatment and data observation cooperatively, with complete clinical data.
排除标准
- •Patients with coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, bleeding tendency or other conditions who cannot tolerate acupuncture.
- •Patients with skin damage, ulcers, eczema, infection, scars or severe dermatoses at the locations of Fenglong acupoints on both lower legs, who are unfit for acupuncture.
- •Patients with drastically fluctuating vital signs, combined with critical illnesses such as multiple organ failure, malignant tumors and acute massive hemorrhage, whose conditions may deteriorate at any time.
