入选标准
- •Patients who underwent colonoscopy at our institution during the study period
排除标准
- •1. Age <30 or >80
- •2. Familial adenomatous polyposis, Hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer
- •3. Inflammatory bowel disease
- •4. Prior history of previous colorectal resection
- •5. Coagulopathy (PT INR >1.5, platelet < 80,000/ml)
- •6. Anticoagulation therapy
- •7. Patients who can not discontinue antiplatelet agent(except aspirin) for 1 weeks before colonoscopy
- •8. Other severe diseases and acute disease (such as gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation or obstruction)
