Inclusion Criteria
1.5-8 years old healthy children.
2.Primary molars indicated for pulpectomy
3.Proximal lesions involving one wall only
4.Children whose parents/ guardians have given consent.
5.Franklâ??s behaviour rating scale (definitely positive and positive)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Children with systemic diseases, intellectual disability, psychiatric disorders.
2.Teeth with internal resorption, tooth mobility, root resorption, or any evidence of space infection.

Name Time Method To evaluate & compare conservation of tooth structure, canal orifice detection & treatment time during access cavity preparation in primary mandicbular 2nd molars indicated for pulpectomy under naked eye, surgical loupes & dental operating microscope.Timepoint: before and after intervention i.e. baseline and after 1 hour
