Patients having complaints of -
Paroxymal (Pakshat, Maasat, Dashahat, Akasmat), unilateral headache (Ardha shira Vedana) associated with any one symptom among bheda, toda, shoola (Pulsating, throbbing type of pain).
Atleast one of the following complaints accompanying the above-
Prakasha Asahishnuta (Photophobia),
Badhyate swanatah srotre (Phonophobia), Hrullasa , Chardi, bhrama.
Patients eligible for nasya karma .
Patients having symptoms of pitta-anubandhi Ardhavabhdeka.
Pregnant and lactating women.
Patients suffering from major diseases – Tuberculosis, cancer, Diabetes mellitus Heart disease, Hypertension etc.
Secondary headache caused by meningitis, tumour, encephalitis, cervical spondylosis and refractive errors.

Name Time Method Relief in signs and symptoms of the disease.The main sign and symptoms in the study are as follows: <br/ ><br>severity of headache <br/ ><br>Frequency of headache <br/ ><br>Duration of headache <br/ ><br>Nausea <br/ ><br>Vomiting <br/ ><br>Photobhobia <br/ ><br>PhonobhobiaTimepoint: 60 days study with follow up at every 20th day.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method relief in signs & symptoms of patient.Timepoint: After 20th day, 40th day , 60th day there should be reduction in grading of symptoms.
